Easily the best action film of 2011, indeed perhaps one of the best in years. Death-defying stunts, the planet in peril, cool gadgets, clever writing and amazing locales are shining gems in this instalment of the M:I franchise. The second act steals the entire show, much to the detriment of the third act which, as a result, feels cursory and poorly executed - safe for the final showdown with the villain which returns the film to sturdy footing.
For actions fans, this is not to be missed.

If you can't appreciate the awesome cheesiness of Tom Cruise saying "MISSION ACCOMPLISHED." with a straight face, then I don't think I want to know you.
