As much as I desperately wanted to like this I really didn't. So slow, dull and poorly scripted.

Definitely worth the watch. This tongue in cheek 80s action comedy is totally worthy of its cult status. Is it weird? Yes. Does it take itself too seriously? There's a character called John Bigboote (Big-boo-tay!), you tell me. Peter Weller, John Lithgow, Christopher Lloyd, Clancy Brown, Ellen Barkin.
Dont take it too seriously and have fun with it. Thats what movies are for.
