There obviously isn't an ICM list for "Movies with Overacting," because otherwise Gothic would rank near the top. The whole cast sweats, twitches and convulses from beginning to end. Possibly Ken Russell's nadir.

Ok, as a bit of cult fun, then this film is fine. But otherwise, it is dire.
It is bizarre and incoherent, it's characters are indistinguishable and none of the events within it are clearly explicable. I'm sure you could find some message you could apply to all of the insanity, but you cannot expect to produce a good film simply through an hour and a half of women with eyes on their breasts and people who killed each other five minutes ago having sex. It's mad.
