Part of the appeal is watching Downey be so charismatic and energetic. I didn't care for the sequel, but this was thrilling! My 2008 favourite.

Love it! What makes it special among the other superhero movies is definately Robert Downey Jr. He makes the main character so incredibly charming, funny and crazy. Just perfect casting!
I liked the story and the effects - a really entertaining movie.
