A really weird fantasy horror. I enjoyed the art direction and the set desings, but found the plot(s) less interesting. I am no fan of this kind of episodic approach to moviemaking which makes the characters and stories les interesting than if they made one coherent story which would gradually build itself up. Angela Lansbury as the old grandmother was a delight and the special effects were really good. I love those old cheesy 80s effects and would choose them any day over modern CGI.
