Superb film! Absolutely loved it… I wasn't aware of the harsh history of the Congo Independence. Also an incredible political and cultural portrait of the early 1960s, especially 1960 as a year, through the lens of jazz and its relationship with racial and political struggles against colonialism.
Kudos to the soundtrack aswell!
