Brilliant. Mesmerizing. It took me a little while to realize the concept of the storytelling since I was so intent on reading the subtitles that identified each film clip title. Admittedly it was a little hard on the eyes because of the small font of the subtitles and the quick editing. But still, I thoroughly enjoyed this glimpse at history.
You do realize, don't you, that there were no added effects. That is the damaged condition of the actual restored footage.
Very good except for the unneeded added effects and the gratingly repetitive soundtrack.
